Xtreme Bootcamp is like no other class.

Sean challenges you with your own body weight. You will run, sprint, crunch, do burpees, push-ups, jumping jacks, jump rope and much much more. Expect anything. You will be asked to push yourself, but only to a level that you are comfortable with. Ladies, do not be intimidated, Sean is kind and uplifting. Men, do not be affraid to be seen in a "class". This is just what you need to take your workouts and physique to the next level.

When:

The class runs every Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:45pm - 7:45pm in the Aerobics Class Room. You will not want to miss a minute, so do not be late. New class members are always welcome.
